After yesterday's foray into black & white, I felt like adding an injection of colour. These are my Ikea vases yet again; I just love the undulating lines of them.
I havent had a chance to catch up on all your pictures and posts (still would love to know how you do the lighting for the reflection shots and I need some plexiglass - have a clear piece but cant get anywhere near the results you get even with black fabric under it), but I wanted to let you know you are always in my thoughts.
I am a keen amateur photographer and have a passion for seascapes, landscapes and still life images, although I will try my hand at just about anything. I enjoy viewing everyday things and seeing the potential in oft-overlooked subjects. I am a lover of colour, shape and form, try to see things in a manner slightly different from the norm, and put my own slant on them. I continually strive to be creative and original in my work.
2014 marks my return to photography after 5 years away while my two daughters were very small. Now that they are 2 and nearly 5, I have the time and energy to focus on my photography once again. As a result, I am a beginner again :) Project365 is my way of relearning and of honing my skills.
Thank you for taking the time to visit; I hope you enjoy what you see.

I do love these vases. How do you manage to get that sense of perspective? :o)Rx
