Indoor photography is the order of the day again today, thanks to the near-constant drizzle. Just tried to inject some colour into an otherwise gloomy Sunday!

- I am a keen amateur photographer and have a passion for seascapes, landscapes and still life images, although I will try my hand at just about anything. I enjoy viewing everyday things and seeing the potential in oft-overlooked subjects. I am a lover of colour, shape and form, try to see things in a manner slightly different from the norm, and put my own slant on them. I continually strive to be creative and original in my work.
2014 marks my return to photography after 5 years away while my two daughters were very small. Now that they are 2 and nearly 5, I have the time and energy to focus on my photography once again. As a result, I am a beginner again :) Project365 is my way of relearning and of honing my skills.

Thanks for injecting some colour into the day. It feels more like Winter than Summer it's so dark and gloomy.

...Just thinkin:
" my blog is a mixture form 'inform others such as my friends and family, and "MY photography"' But...... when I look at your blog I really feel the need to post ONLY (like you do?) my photo's as I like them, that makes me think/consider of : making (perhaps) a second blog with only photography, I have not decided yet what I shall do...?
