July 7 ~ Stripes

Chris and I had a trip out to Ikea today. We don't go often at all, but when we do we really enjoy the wander. We didn't buy much either; these are some of the 9 coloured glass vases I picked up for the princely sum of 49 pence each. I loved the way the lines curved and how the sunlight was illuminating the glass, making the colours glow. I think I'm going to enjoy using these vases in my photos over the next while.

Wow! That's a 'cheap model'for photography, and also a good idea to make photo's of a vase ( or glass whatever). This one looks as 'a exotic design', its exiting.

Well done, good weekend From JoAnn

Catching up on 2 days here; both photos are so colourful. Love the colours and the lines of these vases. You have such a good eye for spotting a photo opportunity. I wish we had an Ikea near here; the prices are so cheap! They do some things on line but don't deliver to my area :o(

Anna I also used to love IKEA!!!! I could spend hours wandering around looking at all their goodies, such a fantastic array of just about everything you could imagine for the home and always so affordable. You have made me want to come over and go shopping there again!!!
